Annual Willing Warriors Memorial Poker Run

The motorcycle poker run starts at Tobaccology Haymarket, 6710 Madison Street in Haymarket. The event begins at 10:00 am. The ride fee is $15.00 for the rider and $5.00 for a passenger.  The ride will go along a predetermined route with designated checkpoints. The ride ends at the 37-acre Warrior Retreat at Bull Run with food, beverages, music, prizes, and more. Prizes will be awarded for the top three hands and a consolation prize will be awarded for the lowest hand. The ride is a joint effort by Willing Warriors and the Nam Knights of America MC, Sons of Titans Chapter to support the Willing Warriors, Warrior Retreat in Haymarket, VA. The Warrior Retreat at Bull Run is the flagship program of Willing Warriors. The retreat provides a much-needed break for recovering service members at military hospitals in the National Capital Region. The daily routine of the long recovery process takes a heavy toll on the entire warrior family. The retreat is a place where “Willing Warriors” can get away from the hospital environment with their families to relax, enjoy quality time, and reconnect in a comfortable home-like setting. This respite helps to revitalize the mind, spirit, and soul; important aspects of the holistic healing process. The objective is that the entire family returns to their warrior’s recovery process feeling refreshed, inspired, and motivated to succeed in rebuilding the lives they wish to lead.
