Rocking the Road for a Cure

The ride starts at Alley Pond Park, 79-20 Winchester Boulevard in Queens Village. Registration begins at 9:00 am and motorcycles go out at 11:00 am.  The ride fee is $25.00 for the rider and $20.00 for a passenger if preregistered in advance, online. The first 200 riders to register online will receive a t-shirt. On the day of the event the fee is $30.00 for the rider and $25.00 for a passenger. Rider VIP tickets are $100.00 and must be purchased in advance on line. VIP ticket holders will receive a pin, t-shirt, bandana, patch, VIP parking and will be first in line for run. The 70 mile police escorted ride is AMA sanctioned. The ride ends in Massapequa with a party that includes lunch, live music, music, trophies, raffles, vendors and more. Proceeds go to Rocking the Road for a Cure's non profit 501(C)(3) organization.

Rocking the Road for a Cure is a non profit 501(C)(3) organization who provides free in home wellness and support services to people who are going through the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. They are dedicated to providing free support services aimed to enhance the coping skills of those in treatment, and expand their support networks that have proven so essential to their quality of life. They are both homebound and group services.The services that are provided are assessed on an individual basis.
