Thunder By The Bay Music & Motorcycle Festival

The three day event will be held at the Sarasota Fairgrounds, 3000 Ringling Boulevard in Sarasota. Gates open Friday at 5:00 pm,Saturday at 11:00 am and Sunday at 12:00 pm. Gate admission is $10.00 in advance or $15.00 at the gate. Children aged 12 or under get in free.V.I.p. tickets are also available. The event will include “United We Ride - America Strong” charity motorcycle ride, a 17 class bike show, stereo sound off contest, burnout contest, a "little riders' kid zone,great food, music, ovwe 199 vendorsm and much more.Dry and full service camping is available on site.The motorcycle stereo sound off will take place on Saturday. Bike show registration is on Sunday from 12:00 Pm to 2:00 pm. Registration is $20.00 per bike. Trophies and cash prizes will be awarded at 4:00 pm. In addition to a trophy awarded to each winner $300.00 will be awarded for best of show, $200.00 for first place in each class, and $100.00 for second in each class. $100.00 will also be awarded for the most patriotic theme. Over $5,000 In cash prizes and trophies will be awarded. The event will have continuous live music including headline acts 38 Special and Colt Ford. The motorcycle ride will take place on Sunday.
