What about using one of those "Type in the text" anti-robot programs to verify that someone is not a robot at the time you sign up for an account? Not sure what the cost is if any but just a thought....

For years www.lets-ride.com has been one of the most popular motorcycle events websites. Beginning in 1998 and continuing today we have provided information about motorcycle events. We have included photos, classified advertising, links and other valuable information. We've also recognized our weaknesses. To overcome some of our weaknesses we have expanded our site. We now provide a way to post your own photos. We have added blogs, pages, and a complete social network.
