The ride starts at Shelton's Harley-Davidson, 606 Corporate Drive in Goldsboro. Registration is from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Prizes will be awarded for high and low hands. A prize will be given for the closest bug splat to the target. There will also be a 50/50 drawing. Proceeds go to the Kennedy Home. Come support the children at the Kennedy Home. The rally will be held at Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, 3374 Soco Rd. in Maggie Valley. The gates open at 10:00 am. Motorcycle activities include motorcycle rally  and tours in the Great Smoky Mountains, bike games, bike shows, and trike show. The tours include The Loop Tour and Summer Rally Treasure Hunt. Montford Point Marine Association, Memorial Charity Ride
Sponsored by Montford Point Marine Association, Chapter 10
The ride will start at 148 Brynn Marr Rd. in Jacksonville. Registration begins at 9:45 am and the motorcycles leave at 11:00 am. The $20.00 registration fee covers refreshments before the ride and lunch. There is an additional registration fee of $5.00 for a passenger. Additional donations are welcome.  Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd highest donors will be awarded, along with a trophy for the longest distance traveled for the event. This is an escorted group ride, with escort provided by the Onslow County Sheriff Department. The charity ride is held in honor of the Montford Point Marines; the first black Marines allowed to serve in the United States Marine Corps. The ride fee is $15.00 for the rider and $5.00 for a passenger. The motorcycle ride will go along Crystal Coast to honor the fallen law enforcement officer's from Carteret County. Food will be provided at the end of the ride. the ride ends with drawings, door prizes, 50/50 drawing and more. Proceeds will assist the family's of Officer's killed in the line of duty.
